This Privacy Policy explains how Zoomob Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use Dictation AI（默書啦–香港學生默書神器）.

1. 資料處理概覽

Dictation AI 主要以裝置本機方式運作。你建立的默書內容、相片、PDF、辨認結果、收藏及學習進度會儲存在你的裝置內。我們不會把這些學習內容上載至我們的伺服器。

2. 相片、文件、OCR 及語音

• 相機、相簿及檔案權限只會在你主動選擇相關功能時使用。
• 相片及 PDF 的文字辨認使用 Apple 裝置上的本機技術處理。
• 默書朗讀使用裝置提供的文字轉語音功能。
• 我們不會使用雲端 AI 服務處理你的課文、相片、PDF 或默書內容。

3. 訂閱及付款

訂閱付款由 Apple App Store 處理。我們不會收到或儲存你的完整付款卡資料。為管理訂閱、恢復購買及確認 Premium 權限，我們使用 Adapty。Adapty 可能處理匿名用戶識別碼、裝置及 app 技術資料、訂閱狀態，以及交易或收據相關資料。我們不會將這些資料用於針對兒童的個人化廣告。詳情請參閱 Adapty Privacy Policy。

4. 第三方網絡服務

當你查看部分漢字筆順內容時，app 可能會從內容傳遞網絡下載公開的漢字資料。該服務可能收到一般網絡資料，例如 IP 位址、裝置瀏覽器／系統資料及請求時間。App Store、Adapty 及相關服務會按照各自的私隱政策處理資料。

5. 兒童私隱

本 app 是供家長協助小朋友練習默書的工具。我們不要求小朋友建立帳戶，亦不會要求他們提供姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼或精確位置。家長或監護人應協助小朋友設定及使用本 app。如你認為小朋友不當地向我們提供了個人資料，請透過 App Store 產品頁所列的開發者聯絡方式通知我們。

6. 資料保存及刪除

裝置內的默書內容及學習記錄會保存至你在 app 內刪除相關內容、清除 app 資料或刪除 app。訂閱及交易記錄的保存期由 Apple 及 Adapty 按其政策及法律責任決定。

7. 你的選擇

• 你可以拒絕相機、相簿或文件權限；相關匯入功能將無法使用。
• 你可以在 app 內刪除默書內容及本機學習記錄。
• 你可以在 Apple ID 的訂閱設定中管理或取消訂閱。
• 你可以使用「恢復購買」重新確認已購買的訂閱權限。

8. Blogger 網頁

本私隱政策頁由 Google Blogger 託管。當你瀏覽此網頁時，Google 可能按照其政策處理 cookies 及一般技術資料。詳情請參閱 Google Privacy Policy。

9. 政策更新

我們可能因功能、法律或服務供應商改變而更新本政策。最新版會刊登於本頁，並更新生效日期。

English Summary

Dictation AI stores dictation content, selected images and PDFs, OCR results, favourites and learning progress locally on the user’s device. Photo and PDF text recognition is performed on-device, and dictation speech uses the device’s text-to-speech service. We do not upload this learning content to our servers or process it using a cloud AI service.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Adapty is used to manage subscription status, restore purchases and Premium access, and may process an anonymous profile identifier, app/device technical information, subscription status, and transaction or receipt metadata. We do not use this information for personalised advertising directed at children.

The app does not require children to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number or precise location. Local data remains until it is deleted in the app, the app’s data is cleared, or the app is removed.
